After completing the treatment i was given the task to create a storyboard, which is actually a visual artistic representation of the scenes we want to shoot, so that we have a clear view of the story and how we have to create our video. It didn’t really fulfill our Artistic desire so we asked Leena to make one on her graphic pad.
Mood board
Record label.
The promotion of our music video will be done through various distribution channels present already. Album promotion through Facebook, sound-cloud and iTunes. Twitter will also be used for Word Of Mouth.
We’ll also be sending CD packs to DVD/CD stores in the city center on special racks to create impulse buying.
The record label logo below is designed by us three on Adobe Photoshop CC and sample images from google so that we are associated with this specific record label. It will help us in coordinating the production, manufacture, distribution, marketing, promotion, enforcement of copyright for sound recordings as well as our music video. We also plan on putting the logo on our digipak and at the end of our music video.

Mise-en-Scene
Mise-en-scene in music videos focuses on: lighting, props, costume, hair and makeup, location and color. These elements usually depend on the genre of the music video and the style. These elements are also important in contributing to the chosen genre. In my music video in particular, mise-en-scene is used to represent characters in different ways.

Crew List ( role of each member)
As we are a group of three members, we have divided the roles between us, with each of us taking a major role in addition to side roles.
As discussed in our class, there’s a director/ producer /art director / assistants similarly, there are videographers and cinematographers, make up artists, editors, equipment managers, costume designers etc. although we do not have a whole crew but we did manage to give each other the positions we thought would be best
Our roles have been illustrated in the flowchart below that was made by Maria Zaka:

Treatment
We’ve broken down our music video scene by scene in detail. This process is called treatment. We discussed the shots and angles, lighting, narrative, performance and lyrics etc so that it gets easier for us to shoot the music video and make story board on it for our help. The images below shows three different handwriting as maria, me and leena worked on this all together
Final Synopsis
Copyright Claim
As there are no Copyright Laws in Pakistan until now, we as a group do not need a permission letter from Ali Sethi. But still to avoid copyright infringement, i contacted Ali Sethi directly on his official Facebook page to seek permission to use his track for our music video. The message we sent him is attached below which has been seen by him:
